As we expand our reach and embark on new ventures, we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to support our CEO with various tasks related to our businesses. Real Estate Sales Support: Assist in listing new properties for sale, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions. Proactively reach out to potential leads via phone and other communication channels to generate interest in our properties. Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with potential buyers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Social Media Management: Manage our social media accounts to drive engagement and promote our real estate listings and solar solutions. Create engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with our brand's tone and style. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with our audience effectively. Solar Business Launch Support: Play an integral role in the launch of our new solar business by assisting in various tasks related to marketing, lead generation, and customer onboarding.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that highlight our solar products and services. General PA and Admin Tasks: Handle the CEO's scheduling and calendar management, ensuring all appointments and commitments are well-organized. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as needed. Manage emails and correspondence on behalf of the CEO, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications and Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in social media platforms and basic marketing concepts. Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
