We are on the lookout for a talented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team!

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years experience in accounting, preparing financial reports, and managing budgets. They will also possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.

The role will involve ensuring efficient and accurate financial record-keeping and analysis of the financial performance of the company.

Responsibilities:

Preparing monthly financial reports and statements

Preparing annual budgets and forecasts

Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies

Assisting in financial planning, cost-benefit analysis, and asset efficiency

Assisting in the transition to new accounting software

Working with auditors to ensure accurate record-keeping

Working with accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely payments

Developing and reporting on financial trends

Desired Skills:

Working knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures

Familiarity working with financial software systems

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Academic or practical experience with payroll

Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

Aptitude for numbers and data analysis
