Restaurant Manager, Queensburgh, West Suburbs. Senior Manager Required For Coffee Shop In Queens burgh Durban. We are looking for a results-driven and passionate restaurant senior manager to join our team. You will overtake a variety of responsibilities and duties as the restaurant manager. We will expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast- paced environment.  Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.

You will be responsible for: over seeing kitchen operations. Front of house operations/ Back of house operations. Coordinating daily restaurant management operations. Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximising customer satisfaction. Ordering of stock. Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislations/ guidelines. Over seeing stock levels. Producing staff rosters. Shifts Handling customer enquiries and complaints. Greeting and advising customers. Keeping a meticulous record of income and expenses. Setting targets. Ensuring all end day cash ups are correctly completed. Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to curb wastage. Handling administration and paperwork. Aligning to brand standards, strategies. Recruiting, training and supervising staff.

To be a successful applicant as a restaurant manager, you must meet with the following requirements: Excellent interpersonal skills. A high school qualification or equalivent. Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant environment. Able to multi task and work under pressure. Bookkeeping knowledge. Computer Literate. Proven work experience as a restaurant manager.

Extensive food and beverage knowledge with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff. Familiarity with restaurant management software like Micros. Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
