This is a contract on-site tile for a Hostel parent intern located at Bellville. In this role, the hostel warden will be responsible for maintaining order and discipline amongst the hostel residents. He/ She will manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel and ensure compliance with established rules and oversee the safety and well-being of residents. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing resident conflicts and addressing any concerns that may arise. The hostel warden will also attend to any maintenance issues. He/ She will also be responsible for managing contractors and building staff. He/she will perform property inspections and oversee the check-in and check-out guest processes.

Criteria: Prior experience in a similar role – desired. Strong understanding of managing the needs of others. Excellent communication and organization skills. Ability to work well under pressure with a diverse group of people. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Matric certificate with passed subjects in Mathematics and 2 South African languages. South African between the ages of 18-34. Interested and passionate about becoming a real estate agent. Committed to completing an NQF level 4 qualification and a Foundational Knowledge course in Real estate.
