Duties of Contract Supervisor: The purpose of this role is to supervise and control all cleaning outlets to the required standards and to provide effective leadership for all staff within the unit. Maintain personal health, hygiene, and professional appearance. Maintain the cleaning on all sites and use initiative on when to be flexible regarding staffing. Ensure Capability standards, policies, and procedures are maintained. (Incl. chemicals, work procedures, uniforms, professional approach, hand washing methods, etc.)

Ensure the correct product is obtained by following the correct processes. Do daily checks and follow-ups. Report maintenance and safety concerns to the manager on a day-to-day basis. Report noncompliance or cleaners' negligence immediately to ensure corrective action is taken. Conduct and lead project work as and when required. Conduct daily inspections via Repsly and complete the required checklist. Monitor stock control, usage, and dilution on site. Conduct detailed inspections, implement corrective action with employees, and follow up on actions required. Report staffing concerns to the Manager immediately and proceed with disciplinary action. Supervisor must be reachable on cell phone during work hours. Checklist/stock sheets/inspection reports must be completed timeously and filed correctly Vehicle log sheets and fuel slips must be completed accurately. All log sheets and fuel slips must be filed correctly for the respective month. A new log sheet must be started for each week. All sheets must be filed every Friday for the current week. Appearance and hygiene of company vehicles must be maintained.

Working Hours: 7h30-16h30- Monday to Friday (Weekends when required).
