We are looking for a highly organized experienced administrator to join a leading Company and form part of their Property team.  The role will involve assisting with leasing administration, and communicating with landlords & project suppliers. This will be suited to someone who is driven to execute excellent support to the property team regarding lease administrations.

Experience with commercial leasing is needed. Should be eager to continuously learn within the field, as the role offers further growth into the negotiations & project side.

Responsibilities will include: Liaise with landlords reading new stores, leases, maintenance etc. Assist with preparation of new store proposals & conducting research on potential new sites. Assist with sourcing potential new sites & negotiations with landlords. Support & contribute to improving the planning & project management of new store builds as well as revamping existing stores. Ensure maintenance of updated schedule of key lease terms for all leases. Uphold administrative duties in support of the property team.

Skills; Experience; Qualifications: Matric + Completed relevant qualification. 2 years’ experience as Property Administrator. Impeccable organizational skills! Should be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously & meet deadlines timeously. Natural negotiator who never shies away from a challenge – Confident in liaising with people on all levels! Excellent administrative skills & able to spot discrepancies swiftly & amend as needed.
