Operations Assistant for stock control company, Umhlanga, North Suburbs. Company Name: Mosaic solutions. A client facing operations assistant position available for a youngster who has had some work experience in the hospitality industry. (Not a restaurant management job).

What we do & what the job entails: We do stock control for bars & restaurants. This is a 3 part position: It would require you to be able to physically manage clients stock takes & organise a team of 2-3 people who help with stock takes. Interacting with clients & sourcing information needed to keep their stock levels accurate. Driving a team of 2-3 to and from clients sites will be required. There is a small amount of paper work which will need to be done at the end of each day.

Criteria to apply: SA Citizen under 26. Personal traits: Reliable, organized and can deal well under pressure. You do not need hospitality experience, but it will help. Accounting to school level an advantage. Lives in the northern areas of Durban example: Morningside, DBN north, Newlands & Umhlanga. We are looking for a digital native who is happy to work on Whatsapp and learn new programs. Drivers license and smart phone non negotiable.

Need to be available in Dbn North Monday - Friday 06:30am to start at 07:00 am. The day ends at 15:00 pm. No weekend work.

We work on our clients' sites (restaurants & bars) all over DBN CBD and surrounds, but mostly in Umhlanga. Own reliable Wifi & vehicle an advantage, but not a deal breaker if you don't have this. This is a permanent position. A decent market related salary to be discussed with the right candidate. All training provided. Please DO NOT apply if you do not meet the above criteria.
