Building Maintenance Worker (Maintenance Person/Groundskeeper)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift, Day
Salary: $15.43 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Other Benefits, Disability Benefits

Specific Maintenance Activities: Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling and ventilation systems, Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on appliances, Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies, Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs, Work with minimal supervision
Equipment Operated/Used: Power tools, Swimming pool maintenance and cleaning equipment
Own Tools/Equipment: Uniform
Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation
