Finance Clerk, East London, Eastern Cape. Company Name: Work Africa Recruitment. Finance Clerk/East London – Our client in the Automotive Industry is looking to fill the position of Finance Clerk dealing with Debtors and Creditors.

Qualifications and Experience: Senior Certificate. Min. 3 experience in a Debtors function. A problem solver who is target & deadline driven. Highly proficient in MS Excel, (spreadsheets / formulas), Outlook and Word. Must have experience on accounting packages Pastel / Sage. Excellent verbal & written communication skills at all levels in English. Excellent numeracy, accuracy & attention to detail. Stable job history. MUST be a Team Player and willing to assist where required.

Responsibilities: Debtors, Creditors, Reconciliations, Online Banking, Petty Cash. Processing of payments/Receipting. Stock Counts, Invoices. Administration of Debtor accounts. Age analysis. Other general admin. Duties Will be required to relief on Switchboard during lunch on a roster basis. Salary – Market related.
