As a Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, assisting them with room reservations, inquiries, and providing exceptional service. Responsibilities: Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels. Assist guests in making room reservations, providing information about room types, rates, and availability.

Accurately input and manage reservation data in the hotel’s booking system.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the hotel’s services, amenities, and special offers.

Up-sell rooms and packages based on guest preferences and needs.

Process guest payments for reservations and provide confirmation details.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all guest interactions.

Address guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and effectively.

Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure accurate information is provided to guests.

Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service or reservations role is preferred but not required.
