Our client is looking for a temporary Receptionist for two/three months who can answer the telephone and ensure messages are passed to staff members in time as well as basic computer skills. The position might become permanent. You need 2-3 years plus experience.

Salary: R7500 – R8000 CTC 2-3 months fixed term contract.

Minimum Requirements: Matric, 2-3 years experience as a Receptionist, Excellent verbal communication. Good telephone communication etiquette. Organized and resourceful. Greeting of visitors. Offer coffee/tea/water to clients and make if necessary.

Handle deliveries / collections at reception. Able to lock up the office at 5pm. Assist with requests from senior management from time to time as expected. Microsoft Office – MS Word, Excel.
