Sous Chef
Kalk Bay, Southern Peninsula
I am seeking a highly self-motivated Sous Chef to join my team. We have an extremely busy restaurant that serves very high volumes on a daily basis. The candidate needs to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The candidate needs to be a strong individual who can handle and work well under heavy pressure. The candidate will manage their own kitchen and team, control their pass, and will be responsible for that kitchen entirely.

We are situated in Kalk Bay and the role will require a 6-day working week including all weekends, public holidays, etc...
This is a very demanding role and is NOT for the faint-hearted.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience, in addition, there is a very good financial incentive package that comes with the position, where the is a great opportunity to earn even more depending on results and performance.
