Working in an open-plan office you must be able to focus on own work, yet assist another technician should you realize they are making an error. Carefully listening to, hearing and deciphering a client’s explanation of a problem to ensure you understand the issue completely, will be very advantageous. Meeting client expectations always results in a pressurized environment and thus a robust, friendly personality will do well here. Working hours are a standard work week with one day over a weekend per month if required.
