Become part of a small and dynamic service team at a respected and stable Refrigeration Manufacturing Company with more than 40 years in business.  Support the high pressure manufacturing environment, co-ordinate individual service level agreements, meticulously maintain record keeping and monitor financial integrity per project.  Transactional financial background in Pastel is essential.

Remuneration will be concurrent with experience between R15 000 to R25 000 C2C per month. Office based position in Airport Industria. Position immediately available.

Formal Background: B.Tech or similar qualification with at least 5 years work experience in a technical service environment; Financial responsibilities demand that you must have a transactional financial background in Pastel; Personality Traits - Are You? a "Can-Do" Team Player; Meticulous, with excellent organisational skills; Commercially minded problem solver that can work to strict deadlines; Detail orientated with a passion for quality; Finisher that can manage projects to completion.

Duties and Responsibilities: Report directly to the Service and Financial Managers and become part of the team to develop new strategies on process improvement initiatives and opportunities; Collate documentation and collaborate with Project Managers and Internal Delivery Teams to oversee the delivery of activities and products to clients; Financial responsibilities include a basic working knowledge of Pastel, generate Purchase Orders, Invoices, Goods Receipt Notes; Check pricing structures before quotes and orders go out; Reviewing and Tracking Budget v Actual.

Experience with managing project teams and/or project management is advantageous. Must have a valid Code 8 Driver's License.
