Must be customer service focused with excellent communication skills. At least 1-year experience in the industry working in a similar position. Proficient in Excel & Word.

Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task. Must be able to work without constant direct supervision. Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality. Properly open and close spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures. Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments. Provide callers and guests with detailed descriptions of treatments, packages, services, and hours of operation. Reliable, punctual & a team player.
