Assist in managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
Assist with recruiting, training, and developing staff members to provide excellent service.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and managing supplies.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.
Assist with creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Assist with budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and revenue.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Assist with scheduling and managing staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to make recommendations for improvement.
