Responsibilities will include; Update and maintain project documentation. Upload documents into appropriate document management systems, prepare transmittals and distribute data as directed. Confirm Paperwork has been supplied and contracts settled. Sort and distribute mail.  Operate scanners, photocopiers, computers, letter folding machines. Ensure all documents are prepared in accordance with document management procedure

Requirements; A great attitude and ability to work in a Team, BA Qualified preferably in the Business, Commerce, Economics or Legal field is preferred. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Excellent communication skills.
