Manager Responsibilities: Senior FOH Manager and Assistant GM available with leading restaurant and bar in Northern Suburbs Candidates with 4+ years Restaurant management experience, of which 2+ years must be as a Senior Manager or GM will be considered. Must have strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and fluent in English. Will only consider individuals with exceptional Restaurant administration knowledge and experience. Must be skilled in cash up reconciliation, stock management, opening & closing procedures.
