Role Description: This is a full-time onsite role for a Jeweler at GOLD DIAMOND HUB located in Cape Town CBD. The Jeweler will be responsible for designing, servicing, and polishing jewelry pieces. They will provide top-notch customer service, train others, and create unique fashion jewelry pieces. This role requires attention to detail, fine motor skills, and the ability to work creatively with clients to produce a piece they will love for years to come. Knowledge in computer-based designing, rendering and mold building is an added advantage.

Minimum requirements: Strong skills in Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry creation. Excellent Customer Service skills, including attentive listening and clear communication with good spoken English skills. Proven experience in Polishing fine jewelry to a high standard. Teaching and Training skills in jewelry design for apprentices and other employees. Familiarity with jewelry industry standards and trends. Fine motor skills and ability to work with small, delicate pieces of jewelry. Ability to collaborate on custom jewelry projects with clients.

Interpersonal and people skills: Attention to detail and thoroughness. Ability to work flawlessly and effortless under stress and pressure. Possess pleasant personality and enthusiastic attitude.
