Job Responsibilities: Collaborated with senior management to develop long-term #workforce plans and define recruitment process.

Work closely with CEO, and CHRO in identifying critical roles as part of the organizations transformational strategy and headhunt top talents across the banking & financial industry within the middle east

Increase Emiratization percentage across the organization, both in business as well as support functional units.
