Call Centre Supervisor (Performance Coach)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day, Evening
Salary: $34,000.00 to $45,000.00 Yearly for 40 hours per week

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Workers Supervised: Customer service clerks
Specific Skills: Coordinate, assign and review work, Establish work schedules and procedures, Train workers in duties and policies, Prepare and submit reports, Resolve work related problems
Additional Skills: Conduct performance reviews, Prepare statistical reports
Security and Safety: Criminal record check
