Daycare Director

Location: Regina, SK
Qualifications: The Little Souls Daycare Director will have ECE III as a minimum educational component. Ideally, the Little Souls Daycare Director will have additional post-secondary education in early childhood behaviors/development, and/or teaching and curriculum development.
The Little Souls Daycare Director should be familiar with common teaching methodologies used in early childhood learning centers with an emphasis on current practices around Play and Exploration programming.
The Little Souls Daycare Director will have experience in running a subsidized and licensed daycare and will be familiar with the yearly licensing requirements along with the monthly processes related to subsidies.
This position requires a moderate understanding of computers and related software, specifically working within Google Gmail and related products (Drive, Calendar, Chat). This position requires a competency around numerical data entry and databases.
Salary is $3500/month plus 100% employer paid benefits
