Responsibilities: Tasks Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs. Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales. Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs. Train, direct and motivate staff. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Recruit and hire staff. Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies. Oversee development of communication strategies. Manage training and development strategies. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information. Experience and specialization. Computer and technology knowledge, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, Information technology, Area of specialization, Human resources, Training and professional development.
