We are recruiting for a Handyman to join our Maintenance Department.  Only applicants with a valid Code 08 and own vehicle will be considered for this position.  The position will be an initial fixed term contract with strong possibility of becoming permanent.  Only applicants with a stable job history will be considered.

Requirements: Code 08/10 Drivers license and own transport is essential. Minimum 2 years Electrical experience and ability to fix minor electrical faults. Plumbing work experience in replacing taps, fitting taps, pipes, toilets, unblock of pipes and drains, silicone. Ability to follow instructions and keep all job cards in order. Wet works like plastering and brick laying, paving, tiling etc.

Painting, Other general maintenance experience, Behavioural Competency, Neat and organized, Reliable, honest and trustworthy, Strong communication skills in English, Must be hands on operationally.

Salary: R10,000 pm (depending on experience) use of Company vehicle during working hours.
