Role Description: This is a part-time remote role for a Junior Information Technology Recruiter. The Information Technology Recruiter will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, IT recruitment, hiring, and technical recruiting to source, vet, and recruit top-quality IT professionals in South Africa. It will be up to the recruiter to find the leads and source the candidates that may be most compatible with those leads. The Information Technology Recruiter will work closely with both the Outsource ZA team and clients abroad to ensure the recruitment process is smooth and timely.

Requirements: We provide foundational training to get the candidate going, after which we give the candidate the creative freedom to build their own processes that fits their style and availability. Ability to source and identify potential candidates to fill both technical and non-technical positions. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Since the candidate will be working with US and Euro-based clients, the candidate's English needs to be clear and concise, devoid of accents that international clients may find difficult to understand. Preference would be made to those that have English as their first language.

Other Notes: This is a junior, part-time position with a competitive base salary (TBD on the applicant's experience) and a strong, limitless, and immediately attainable incentive system built-in. If you are driven, the incentive structure has no ceiling. The sky's the limit!
