Personal Care Attendant - medical (Seniors)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift, Weekend, Day, Night, Evening
Salary: $10.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), Basic cardiac life support (BCLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate, First Aid Certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Languages: Speak French, Read French, Write French
Work Setting: Home for the aged
Specific Skills: Take patients' blood pressure, temperature and pulse, Lift, turn or massage patients, Supervise patients' exercise routines, Answer call signals
Additional Skills: Serve meal trays and feed patients, Deliver messages, reports, requisitions and specimens, Make beds and maintain patients' rooms
Security and Safety: Bondable, Enhanced reliability security clearance, Criminal record check, Child abuse registry check, Child welfare check
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Walking
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence, Own vehicle
