Regional Visual Merchandiser, East London, Eastern Cape. Company Name: Work Africa Recruitment.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for the visual aspects of the business in East London and surrounding stores (Port Elizabeth, Queenstown and Transkei), +- 60 stores and will report to the National Operations Manager. Extensive travel is required (Company pool vehicle will be provided). The successful Candidate will also have a flair for Retail and fashion and be extremely detail orientated.

Minimum Requirements: Matric Certificate (to be submitted with application). Post Matric qualification advantageous. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Clothing Retail environment in a similar role. Valid code 08 License (to be submitted with application). Willingness to travel (Large amount of travel involved in this role). Highly proficient with Microsoft Office. Proven ability to manager staff and ensure maximum productivity. Excellent creative skills.
Attention to detail: Strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities: Fixtures, Layouts and Flows. Housekeeping, Product Merchandising. Marketing Material / Store Signage. Communication / Reporting / Training: Buying and Marketing communication; Operations communication and reporting, Staff Training. Customer Feedback and Reporting, Logistics Communication.

Competencies: Ability to use initiative and problem solve. Excellent creative skills, Excellent communication, Decision making, Attention to Detail, Planning and Organising.

Undertakings: Criminal / Credit Check. Qualification verification. Computer and Psychometric assessments where required. Salary – Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
