This role will be responsible for compiling and reporting on key sales and operational indicators. To compile and analyze large amounts of data from various sources, accurately project sales trends, and identify sales opportunities to optimize sales strategies and increase market share.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting. Minimum 3 years experience in a business analysis environment. Experience with BI software is an advantage. Experience in Data Management is beneficial.

Responsibilities: Compiling, analyzing, and reporting on data that has an impact on sales. Manage large amounts of data, both from internal and external sources. Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams. Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives. Monitoring and evaluating sales and promo performance. Reporting sales performance to Marketing Manager, Country GM’s, and Local Store Marketers. Communicate with Third-Party data collectors and developers to streamline and validate data.
Find workable solutions to manage and interpret data in a presentable format. Recommendations on data infrastructure. Recommend new processes and develop on approval/acceptance.
Competencies: Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently. Advanced numerical skills and statistical skills. Strong knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software. High level of organization and detail-orientated. The capacity to organize/ plan/manage time and to adequately allocate and divide time between various aspects of work.

Salary R20 to R25k (depending on experience).
