Responsibilities: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment. Clean kitchen and work areas. Manage kitchen operations.
