Well Established Construction/Development Company in Cape Town Southern Suburbs needs the services of: Relevant Qualification and minimum 10 years’ experience working on high end residential building sites from start to handover. Oversee and co-ordinate/plan daily site operations. High standards of quality control management and implementation. Study/understand and implement instructions and drawings. Manage sub-contractors/employees.

Computer literate. Construction program management. Materials ordering and quantifications and reconciliations. Cost control and resource management. Managing sub-contractor claims. Managing the quality control requirements/standards. Controlling plans, revision and relevant feed through for construction. Proficient in dealing with the Professional team, attending site meetings and efficient flow of communication. Planning/organizing/controlling of all relevant activities. Valid driver’s license.
