Job Duties/Responsibilities will include: Debtors (80% workload 400 clientele) and Creditors (20%). Must understand interbranch accounts and allocations (5). Collections of outstanding debts, Getting Clients to acknowledge that their accounts are COD. Making sure every client has a COD form completed. Sending out Statements, and all POD’s on request by clients. Reconciling of debtors and daily Fuel accounts. Compile BEE documents for Audit purposes.

Problem solving, investigating, and resolving queries promptly and effectively. Processing of SUPPLIER, GRV, and invoicing after receipt. Daily reconciling of suppliers and processing for vat claims. Knowledge of vat input and output, for accurately posting. Retrieve weekly reports for CFO. Processing of quotations for sales representatives and branches. Proper Administration and proper filing must be maintained. Numerical and analytical skills Articulate with the ability to communicate. effectively at all levels is essential.

Candidate Requirements/ Experience: South African Identity required Team player with minimum 2 years’ Experience and Proficient in using SAGE Accounting online/Pastel Acc, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point-(A MUST). Must be computer literate, organized and presentable. 

Overall-as per above Strong Reconciliations required on Both Debtors and creditors Excellent in Administration and filing skills Excellent in Compiling documentation for Audit purposes. and organizing company docs for yearend Audits. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – English Must be willing to work alternate weekends and when needed.
