Civil Engineer Candidate should be a Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with 4 to 6 years experience in the Real Estate sector and knowledge of operating industry related computer software like Autocad etc. Job responsibilities include supervision of : Building maintenance (Masonry, Plumbing, Electrical, Air- conditioning, Drainage works and troubleshooting) Coordinating with the Landlord, Tenants and Government Authorities. The candidate should be fluent in English & Urdu with good knowledge of UAE Real Estate market.
