Key Responsibilities: Training agents on weekly basis. Developing sales skills for agents. Motivating Agents on a daily basis. Business Development with Developers. Arranging Team Briefings with all developers on regular basis. Be responsible for maintaining sales & increasing sales. KPI's For All Agents. Cooperate with HR and Increase Team Strength.

Requirements and skills: Professional Degree in Business. Experience in Trainings. Commanding and bold. Should have Complete knowledge of Real Estate. Hands-on experience on dealing with complex situations. Strong knowledge of the business. Expert problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly.
