Duties include: General admin duties (e.g.typing of correspondence, diarizing of appointments and maintaining follow-up, answering the phone, filing, etc); Preparing briefs for Court; Drafting of documents against the Road Accident Fund (e.g. Particulars of Claim, Rule33(4) Application for separation of merits and quantum, Rule 37(4) Questionnaire, Request for Trial Particulars, etc)

Minimum qualifications: Matric (with Typing) and 5 years experience at a legal firm as well as proficiency at MS Word and dictaphone typing.
