They are looking for a HRBP for their client based in Dubai

You will be: Partnering with business leaders to understand business goals and challenges, providing HR guidance and insights. Developing HR plans. Overseeing day to day HR Operations Management. Crafting the employer brand.

The candidate must have experience working for either a marketing or advertising agency, and have at least four years experience in recruitment and people & culture initiatives.
