The position is for a FOH manager, and the purpose of this role is to make every customer feel special, i.e. that the shop is ready for every customer to experience a 5 star service. Customers include, sit down, functions, emails, google messages, telephonic enquiries, suppliers and take-aways. This is a fast-paced restaurant with high demands.

Drivers Licenses – Own Transport Advantageous. Computer Literacy - GAAP; emails, MS Office; Personality characteristics. Positive High levels of resilience. Organized Confident.
