Employee Development and Training: Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development among employees. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee performance, productivity, and career advancement within the real estate industry.

Performance Management: Implement performance management processes to evaluate employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate goal setting and career development. Work with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans as needed.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred. Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, with a focus on the real estate industry preferred. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to the real estate industry. Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy development. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
