Duties: Ability to engage with clients on general queries and support. Document administration with client assistance on registration information. Ad-hoc administration duties to manage client queries and provide support via various communication platforms.

Data-capturing: Ability to multi-task and ensure all queries are managed and resolved. Attention to detail necessary and maintaining accuracy when capturing on relevant computer systems.

Skills and Experience: Excellent command of the English language and telephone
