Retail Store Supervisor, Azores Cambridge Bakery Ltd. Location244 Elgin St N Cambridge, ON, Salary 20.00 to 21.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 32 to 40 hours per week, Full time. Day, Weekend, Morning. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience. Experience 1 year to less than 2 years. Work setting, Retail business.

Responsibilities: Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.). Assign sales workers to duties. Order merchandise. Authorize return of merchandise. Establish work schedules. Sell merchandise. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.

Supervision, 5-10 people, Cashiers, Grocery clerks and shelf stockers, Retail salespersons and sales clerks.
