You will be proactive in your payroll routines as well as be part of a hands-on environment offering experience in all areas of payroll calculations, EBA interpretations and analysis. The role is reporting to a payroll manager, so there is plenty of opportunities to advance your payroll skills and grow your career or maintain your current payroll repertoire by committing to a role where you do your mon-fri routine managing a weekly payrun.

Your new role

In this role you will be assisting with the compliance of a payrun for 200 employees weekly by managing the Return to work legislation processes. Workers compensation. Superannuation. EBA/Awards interpretations. Onboarding/offboarding. Leave calculations. Payroll enquiries. What you'll need to succeed. Confidence in end to end payroll management as well as stand-alone environments. Previous experience or insight with an EBA. Excellent communication skills. What you'll get in return. Plenty of colleagues in the finance team have previously run the payroll, so there will be support to manage payroll when on annual or sick leave New Team Leader who's open to fresh ideas and processes.
