Senior Business Analyst (Agile), EGM Partners. Adelaide SA. Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology). Full time. AUD 120000 - 130000 per annum. Senior Business Analyst (Agile).

As a key member of the Business Analyst team and working with the digital product team, you will capture client requirements and recommend solutions that enable goals to be met. You will work collaboratively to analyse, evaluate and document requirements to ensure solutions are delivered that support the needs and objectives of customers and the business.

Key duties include: Facilitate discussions and investigation with clients and business stakeholders to gain an understanding of business needs and ensure this knowledge is transferred as needed within the product team. Ensure business benefits are properly understood, reflected in the solution and documented. Ensure effective cross functional communication, focusing on understanding problems and solutions.

Analysing and mapping current business processes and developing change processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, Developing requirements documentation including use cases, process maps, acceptance criteria, service blueprints, test plans, status reports etc, as required.

About you: You will be an experienced business analyst who can hit the ground running and confidently work with stakeholders to map processes, identify business requirements and recommend solutions. You will be very comfortable working in an agile environment and have proven understanding of the software development lifecycle. Relevant experience in an IT application environment is required with banking or financial services industry experience preferred.
