Responsibilities: Serve as a key liaison between lawyers and senior management, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across the firm. Oversee the performance and productivity of lawyers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high-quality legal representation and client service. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for legal operations to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage caseloads, deadlines, and client matters, ensuring timely and thorough resolution of legal issues and adherence to client service standards.

Monitor and evaluate lawyer performance, conducting regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, and identifying opportunities for professional development and growth. Handle escalated client matters, complaints, and disputes, striving to achieve amicable resolutions and maintain positive client relationships.

Qualifications: Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of effectively managing legal teams and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle multiple caseloads simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with lawyers, staff, clients, and external stakeholders. Sound judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and delivering outstanding legal services.
