As a leasing consultant your day to day duties will include but are not limited to: Handling leasing enquires from prospective tenants and process paperwork for the competent applicants. Leasing and open for inspection. Processing applications. Provide assistance to the property managers to approve successful applications. Uploading advertisements and online portals. Administration duties. Saturday open homes.
What you require to secure and interview: No experience in Real Estate needed as we have a great training program. A current certificate of Registration & driver's licence. High level of professionalism & top-notch presentation! Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Wants to be in Real Estate long term.
