Cosmetic Nurse, DermaSurg Skin Clinic. Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast QLD. Nursing - General Medical & Surgical (Healthcare & Medical). Part time. $55 to $60 per hour. We are looking for an exceptional cosmetic nurse to join our team as we expand our range of cosmetic services to our existing and new clients.

DermaSurg Skin Clinic is an independent skin cancer, cosmetic, and primary care dermatology clinic located in Maroochydore in the center of the beautiful Sunshine Coast of Queensland.

Key requirements: Cosmetic Registered Nurse (formal cosmetic training or equivalent certifications). Previous experience in cosmetic setting. Current registration with the AHPRA. Exceptional communication and consultation skills.

Helpful attributes: two years’ experience as cosmetic nurse, experience in injectable and therapies, experience working with key performance indicators, experience with promoting your portfolio through social media, an existing loyal client base.

About The Role:

The cosmetic clinician will own the entire cosmetic portfolio including the following specific areas: Expert in performing client skin assessments using scientific skin assessment tools. Expert in engaging with clients to find solutions for their skin goals, including developing cosmetic treatment plans. Performing targeted skin treatments including cosmetic injections, skin rejuvenation therapies, micro needling, chemical peels, and similar.

Ambassador and knowledge guru for our selected natural and cosmetic skin ranges guiding clients to reach their skin goals. Follow up of surgical procedures, and assisting doctors when required during some surgical procedures. Providing aftercare and answering any client questions or concerns. Initially part-time, the goal is to promote the role to become full-time within six months of the start date.
