Your new role Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, Cash flow system data input and weekly reconciliation, Payroll - coordinate, calculate and submit timesheets for processing, General ledger and bank reconciliations, Coding and processing of supplier invoices, Coding and processing of customer payments, Processing credit applications, Coordination Month End Financials, meeting deadlines, Follow up with debtors, Other duties as required.

What you’ll need to succeed, Strong problem solving, analytical and time management skills, Clear communication skills and a sense of humour, Organizational skills, strong eye for detail and accuracy, Minimum of 2 – 3 years Bookkeeping experience, have a positive, can-do attitude, must be reliable and love what you do, Advanced computer skills using Pronto will be highly regarded, Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, possess a positive “can do” solutions approach.
