Job Description: We require a qualified/experienced Supply and Distribution Manager to oversee our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organising, coordinating and managing the procurement, storage, and distribution of goods, products and services.

Main Responsibilities: Developing and implementing strategies to optimize the supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution. Identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and equipment. Monitoring inventory levels and tracking usage to minimize stockouts and excess inventory, while ensuring adequate supply to meet operational needs. Coordinating with internal teams, including operations, maintenance, and finance, to forecast demand, plan procurement activities, and streamline logistics processes. Overseeing the distribution and delivery of materials and equipment to job sites, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient utilization of resources.

Implementing quality control measures to ensure the integrity and reliability of materials and equipment received and distributed. Developing and maintaining accurate records and reports related to inventory levels, procurement activities, and distribution operations.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5-year experience in a similar role working in fast-paced warehousing operations. Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics operations, and inventory management best practices. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Physically able to perform warehouse duties.
