Midas is hiring for the position IT Support in Sharjah, UAE

With the following details:

Job Responsibilities: • Knowledge of related hardware and software

• Understanding of networking concept, including WAN / LAN/ technology.

• Expert in network equipment (Routers, Switches, Access points, Firewall, etc.)

• Working technical knowledge of VoIP/IP telephony systems – Avaya PBX.

• Adhering to IT support procedures, best practices, SOPs and other IT guidelines.

• Knowledge of cabling and wiring systems, design, and installation.

• Ability to operate tools, components, peripherals, and testing accessories.

• Responsible for the administrations and management of AD/DNS/DHCP servers and file servers.

• Maintaining & managing the hosted Email servers.

• Ensure smooth functioning of company's computers, physical & virtual servers and storages.

• Manage data Back-up system and perform data recovery

• Securing the company data from all kinds if hacks & threats and keep up to date with current IT trends.

 Qualifications/Special Skills Required:

• Graduate with Prior experience in related fields.

• Must be articulate, assertive and have excellent communication skills.

• Strong computer skills; MS Excel and MS Word experience desired.

• Must be able to multi-task

• Must be able to build effective working relationships with vendors and colleagues.

• Strong analytical skills and have strong attention to detail
