We are searching for energetic Registered Nurses at our 90 bed Aged Care Facility Alkira Gardens in Miranda. PT/Casual, Various Shifts.

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for assessments, care planning and documentation. Responsible to ensure the individual needs of residents are maintained to optimum comfort and quality of life. Responsible for ensuring residents and/or their representatives are encouraged to be involved in the development of the resident’s care plans. Provide clinical governance to nursing assistants/personal care workers to guide them to provide appropriate basic clinical and personal care

Conducting wound and pain assessments; administer wound and pain management regimes. Medication Management Involve in Continuous Improvement, Quality Assurance and Education Programs.

Successful candidates will have: A current AHPRA registration. Demonstrate good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Team player. Willingness to play a leading role. Competent computer skills ie. MS Office, Web apps on PC & Mobile, Zoom.
