We’re expanding our team at ABCOE PENRITH! We’re on the lookout for an experienced & energetic Customer Service Representative to join our Penrith office.

What we do We’re a leading wholesale supplier and retailer of Cleaning & Washroom Supplies, Packaging Supplies, Bulk Food Supplies, Canteen and Lunchroom Supplies and Party Supplies. Our warehouse is located in Penrith and we deliver goods to the whole of the Sydney Metropolitan area & beyond.

What we are offering you A Full-Time position, Monday-Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm. Good opportunity for growth within the role for the right person. Join our existing dedicated team and become truly a part of our business.

The Role Will Include: Providing friendly and professional Customer service via phone and email. Reviewing and managing customer orders. Addressing customer enquiries, concerns and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Acquire product knowledge and assist Customers with enquiries. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintaining Customers records and relationships. Support our Team of Sales Representatives.

Qualifications, Experience & Must Have’s A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role. Intermediate computer skills. Enjoy working independently, but also have the ability to work as part of a Team. Proven attendance, reliability and commitment is a must.
