Business Development Manager, Diamond HR. Pakenham, West Gippsland & Latrobe Valley VIC. New Business Development (Sales). Full time. $90,000 – $110,000 per year.

Our client Koala Care is a new and upcoming business providing care to participants living with a disability through Supported Independent Living (SIL) housing. Understanding the unique needs and aspirations of each individual, they strive to create a supportive environment that fosters independence and empowers participants to achieve their goals.

Their dedicated team collaborates with participants and their support networks to develop personalised care plans centred around choice and control.

We are seeking an experienced dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) to join the team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding their presence within the NDIS sector, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing strategic partnerships. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Your Roles and Responsibilities Include: Brand Awareness: Enhance Koala Care's visibility in the NDIS sector. Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-datewith industry trends and identify strategic opportunities. Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract new participants. Business Development: Drive growth through proactive initiatives and collaborations.

Client Relationship Management: Foster strong connections with participants and support networks.

Proposal Development: Create individualized proposals aligned with participant needs.

Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the disability support network.

Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies.

Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on business development activities.

Operational Staff Management: Oversee operational staff as the business expands.

To be successful in this role you will have the following qualifications and experience: Proven experience in business development, particularly within the NDIS or disability support services sector. Strong understanding of the NDIS framework, regulations, and market dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to successfully manage staff and build a team that aligns with our vision, mission and values.

A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field will be highly regarded but not essential.
